Crooked Creek CDC works directly with residents to build collaborations that strengthen our neighborhood. We rely on board members to help sustain the work of housing development, economic mobility, entrepreneurship, beautification, and other programs that collectively enhance area quality of life.
Our work is meaningful and directly influences the landscape of Indy's far northwest. That's why our leadership team is staffed to reflect the community we serve. Nearly 65% of our leadership team represent communities of color and 75% are far northwest residents.
As we expand our work, we continuously grow our internal capacity and are actively recruiting leaders to join our board and help to lead and support this work.
Our wish list includes the following professions: Communications, Fund Development, IT, and Banking.
