Crooked Creek Northwest Community Development Corporation was formed in 1998  to enhance the quality-of-life for area residents by serving as the convening organization responsible for building a healthy neighborhood by facilitating resident-led discussions and implementing strategies that aim to create equitable pathways towards building generational wealth.

The development corporation works to reduce family displacement by rehabbing dilapidated houses and connecting residents with resources to transition them into home ownership. We work with developers to create developing quality and affordable units, connecting residents with skills and well-paying jobs, and by attracting resources to support economic development opportunities for businesses.
