Crooked Creek Community Development Corporation was formed in 1998 with the purpose of enhancing the quality of life for area residents by serving as a convener and by creating pathways for increasing economic mobility, engaging in community-wide efforts to build social capital, revitalizing commercial corridors, and providing affordable housing.
While our work aims to support residents living north of Kessler Boulevard, south of 79th Street, and between Michigan/Cooper Roads and Grandview Drive we garner continuous support from Ascension St. Vincent Hospital, St. Luke's United Methodist Church, MSD of Washington Township, Park 100 businesses, the Jewish Community, and other surrounding businesses, organizations, and places of worship.
Crooked Creek is a great place to live, work, and play but there's a lot of work to be done. Our 2020 vision aims to connect and empower residents with opportunities that generate higher income and lower housing-cost burdens and to revitalize the Michigan Road corridor by attracting new businesses.
How do we plan to do that? We're glad you asked! Click hereto learn more about how you can support or benefit from our strategic plan.
